Business customer

We want to offer our business customers the opportunity to order quickly and easily. Register as a business customer and take advantage of special conditions and even more benefits, such as the option to order on account. Of course it is also possible to order without a business account.

As a business customer you can place orders with us on account and pay afterwards. For this, your company must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year. Contact us to make a credit application. A credit application takes a maximum of 1 working day.

Order, change or cancel

When you have selected the desired parts, place the selected parts in your shopping cart. The system will then automatically calculate the total amount of your order (including shipping costs). You can then check your order and possibly change the quantities. You can then choose to continue shopping or to pay. Once payment has been completed, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Your order will always be confirmed by us by e-mail. In addition, you will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped, which also contains a tracking number with which you can check the status of the shipment. If you have chosen to pick up your order at our location in Ridderkerk, you will receive an e-mail or text message as soon as your package is ready.

Unfortunately, once you have completed and confirmed the order, we can no longer make changes to the webshop for technical reasons. Please contact us by phone for this. Once you have placed the order, you can still cancel it for a short period of time via your account. We would like to ask you to always check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. You can change the delivery address in the personal details of your account as well as in the last step of the ordering process.

You can only change the order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Contact us to adjust the order.

All prices of the products in our webshop are stated both excluding and including VAT, but always excluding shipping costs. The standard shipping costs are € 6,95 for a package up to 30 kg. Different shipping and/or transaction costs apply in our webshop for large, heavy or very fragile parts. These deviating costs are offered to you for your information and approval in the ordering process and/or information provision of these products. If you choose to pick up your order, you do not pay any delivery costs!

Payment

As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send the invoice by email as an attachment to the shipping confirmation. You can also download the invoices in your order overview in "My Account". Have you just placed the order? Then wait until the order has been shipped. You will then receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation. Do you have questions about your business invoice? Please contact us.

Check whether money has been debited. Due to pressure on our payment platform, a payment is sometimes delayed. Have you not received an order confirmation after 1 hour? The fastest way to help you is to contact our customer service. We will then send you the order confirmation. Also check your spam box first, sometimes the order confirmation arrives there. Has no money been debited? Then the payment was not successful. You can then place the order again. We do not process orders without successful payment, so you don't have to worry that you will end up with two orders.

Once we have processed the return, we will refund you within 5 working days. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on the payment method.

Online you pay with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. In the store you can easily pay with your debit card, credit card or cash.

Send an e-mail to accounting@muldermotoren.nl and state your order number and what you want to change in the invoice. This is possible up to 30 days after the invoice date. You will receive an adjusted invoice from us within 3 working days in your mailbox. This will cancel the current invoice.

Delivery

Check the Track & Trace code of the package. You will find this in "My Account" or in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link whether the time slot indication of the delivery has shifted. Do you still not know where the package is? Then wait a while, because a delayed package is usually delivered the next day. Have you not received the package 5 days after the original delivery date? Please contact us and we will look for a solution together.
