Last week, we had a special reason to reflect on two wonderful milestones within our team. We celebrated the 12,5-year anniversary of Wim van Splunder and Paul van Dam!
We are incredibly proud of their years of dedication, commitment, and craftsmanship. The fact that two colleagues are celebrating their 12,5-year anniversary at the same time says something not only about their loyalty, but also about the organization we are building together.
At our company, good interpersonal relationships, collaboration, and a pleasant working atmosphere are central. This is reflected in the fact that we experience low staff turnover and that many colleagues happily remain part of our team for years.
