Thermostats
The various components of the cooling system are precisely matched to each other. The thermostat must ensure the correct operating temperature of the engine.
For example, installing a thermostat that opens at the wrong temperature, or if the thermostat is of an unsuitable type, can damage the entire cooling system. It is therefore extremely important that an original Volvo Penta thermostat is fitted, which has been designed and matched to the respective engine in your vessel.
